Update soon ... sorry.
Calculator Requirement: At least a standard calculator that will perform operations with exponents and square roots, but preferably a TI-83, TI-83 Plus, or TI-84 (any of these will be sufficient for Algebra, and will be used primarily after winter break. A standard calculator is sufficient for Geometry, but Geometry students should have a TI-83 or better already from last year's Algebra course and will need one for Algebra 2). Want a cheap one? Try craigslist.org.
Want a free one that works on your computer? Click here and follow these directions.
First Day Forms: Materials and procedures explanations for Geometry, Algebra, and Math 3. To be read and signed by parents and students. These were handed out on the first day of school.

WCPSS Math tutor list. This is the 2008/2009 list of WCPSS employees who are available for hire as tutors. I cannot recommend any of these individuals over others, but would be happy to hear from parents who use any of these tutors about your experience for future recommendations. I will put the 09/10 list up when I get it.
